Everyone have a right for social protection and security to get complete the adequate primary needs and increase prestige to give shape to welfare, justness, and prosperous society. Social security is also each citizen's human right in the same manner as grafted in UUD 1945 section 27th clause number 2. Universally, social security is security by section 22nd and 25th, human rights universal declaration, by UN (1948), that is signed by Indonesia to The awareness about importance of social security keep on developed, like at the change of UUD 45 in the year 2002, section 34th clause number 2, i.e., 'country develops social security system for all the people...' This paper analyzes how Semarang's Society perception about social security system. We examine three focus topic are the processor, finance source and financial support products. Respondent participant were collected randomize from 16 distrik in Semarang city. This study was successively proved that the economic condition and participation of a people both in the education and health insurances are correlates to his perception about the processor, finance source and financial support products.
