Kondisi Industri Operator Seluler di Indonesia pada Tahun 2004-2007: Dengan Pendekatan Struktur-Prilaku-Kinerja(SCP)

Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur pasar dan menentukan hubungan antara BOPO (Biaya Operasional dan Pendapatan Operasional) sebagai variabel independen dalam kaitannya dengan CR3 (rasio konsentrasi tiga perusahaan operator seluler terbesar), dan KSR (Capital and Sales Ratio) dengan menggunakan pendekatan SCP (Structure-Conduct-Performance) dalam industri operator seluler dengan alat analisis data panel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap struktur pasar dengan pendekatan rasio konsentrasi dari CR3, struktur pasar pada industri operator seluler di Indonesia digolongkan sebagai industri yang memiliki tingkat konsentrasi tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah CR3 dan KSR memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap BOPO.
The goal of this study are to understand market structure and estimate the relation between BOPO (Operation's expenditure-Operations income) as dependent variable in connections with concentration ratio of three largest cellular operator company, CR3 (Concentration Ratio of three largest cellular operators), and KSR (Capital and Sales Ratio) by using SCP Paradigm in cellular operator industry with panel data as the analyze method. Based on the result of defining the market structure using ratio concentration approach of CR3, the market structure in the cellular operator industry in Indonesia is classified as highly concentrated market. The result of this study are CR3 and KSR have a significant effect to BOPO.
