Evaluasi kinerja dinas koperasi dan UKM kota Ambon

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mengevaluasi kinerja Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Ambon dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan terhadap Koperasi dan UKM, sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang dibuat oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Ambon yaitu mewujudkan Koperasi dan UKM sebagai wirausaha yang handal.
Data yang digunakan dalam penclitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder.
Data primer diolah dari hasil survei dan wawancara dengan pimpinan dan staf yang ada pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Ambon untuk mengetahui kinerja dinas dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan pada tahun 2005. Data sekunder diperoleh dari LAKIP Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Tahun 2005 dan data-data lain yang mendukung penulisan ini. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah mctode AKIP, yaitu untuk menilai keberhasilan atau kegagalan dinas dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, program maupun kebijakan yang telah direalisasi dan konsep pengukuran kinerja dalam hubungannya dengan metode AKIP. Analisis mencoba mencermati secara deskriptif beberapa kelemahan yang terdapat dalam penerapan metode AKIP pada lembaga atau instansi pemerintah.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan pelayanan publik pada tahun anggaran 2005 yaitu mencapai 117,46 % dari tahun sebelumnya. Sehingga kinerja dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Ambon dikategorikan sangat baik, sesuai dengan kriteria dalam metode AKIP.
The purpose of this research is to measure and to evaluate the performance of the Cooperative Agency and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Ambon municipality in order to promote services for the cooperation and SMEs which is in line with the vision and mission made 'by the Cooperative Agency and SMEs as reliable entrepreneurship.
The data used in this research is primary and secondary data. The primary data was processed based on the results of survey and interviews with the Head and staff of the Cooperative Agency and SMEs of Ambon, aiming at understanding the performance of Cooperative Agency in order to promote services in year 2005. Secondary data was obtained from the Cooperative Agency and SMEs' LAKIP in 2005 and along with other data which supported this research. The tool of analysis used was AKIP method which was to assess success and failures of the Cooperative Agency in conducting the activities and programs, as well as the realization of policies the concept of performance evaluation in relation with the AKIP method. Its analysis, then, tried to focus descriptively on few weaknesses found in the application of AKJP in institutions or government agencies.
The result of this research reveals that there was the promotion of public services in the budget year of 2005 that reached 117.46% from the previous year. Therefore, the Cooperative Agency's performance was categorized very good based on the criteria in AKIP method.
