Investment, profitability, debt ratio, growth, cash flow, and liquidity of the company very having an effect on to company viability of the future. So these also very having an effect on to management policy, included dividend policy. This research aim to analyze the influence of investment, profitability, debt ratio, growth, cash flow, and liquidity to dividend policy. Population in this research is manufacturing company listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2004-2006 period. The method of data collection is purposive sampling, and there are 81 sample. The statistical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The result show that investment, profitability, and cash flow having significant effect to dividend policy (dividend payout ratio), while debt ratio, growth, and liquidity proven do not have significant effect to dividend policy (dividend payout ratio).
