Analisis Pengaruh Desentralisasi Fiskal Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah di 55 sampel kabupaten dan kota di Indonesia pada tahun 2004 dan 2009. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti pengaruhya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah diantaranya adalah: indikator pengeluaran desentralisasi fiskal, indikator penerimaan desentralisasi fiskal, Herfindahl Index konsentrasi partai politik di DPRD, pertumbuhan human capital, dan pertumbuhan populasi. Studi ini menggunakan data cross section dan data pooling dengan alat analisis Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi signifikan dan positif dipengaruhi oleh desentralisasi fiskal.
This study aims to analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization on the regional economic growth in the 55 samples of both regencies and cities of Indonesia in 2004 and 2009. The variables determine the regional economic growth include: the expenditure indicators of fiscal decentralization, the income indicators of fiscal decentralization, the Herfindahl Index of political parties concentration in parliament, the human capital growth, and population growth. This study uses cross section data and data pooling with analytical tools of Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). The result show that economic growth significantly and positively influenced by fiscal decentralization..
