Much works have been done in this arena, particularly, in adoption and diffusion of IT. Based on extensive review of relevant IT literature, culture can be found as specific variable that is called direct role. In addition, culture also has indirect role, for instance, to interpret findings. In this regard, the present study that also takes a cultural perspective argues that cultures has another role - to indirectly develop new constructs (formal and informal network).
