Difference of development level in Regency will bring difference impact of level prosperity of between region which in the end cause inequality of regional ever greater between region. This research aim to to identify structure and pattern growth of economics and know inequality of between Regency in Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province. Data used in this research is secundary data that is PDRB per capita and population both in Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province during 12 year 1992-2004. The tolls of analysis are Index Entropy Theil, Two Stage Nested Theil Inequality Decompotition (Akita, 2004) and Pearson Correlation. Result of analysis can be concluded that (1) inequality of between region that happened in Jawa Tengah Province, 1992-2004 looking to have fluctuation which tend to increase. The improvement drawn clear that is in the early of perception in the year 1992 value of index Theil only equal to 0,1655, but by the end of perception of value of index Theil have mounted to become 0,1901. (2) Growth of Entropy index Theil in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province show tendency of continuous inequality at before crisis periods from year 1992 until 1997 and experience of fluctuation at after crisis period. Inequality analysis of Two Stage Nested Theil Inequality Decompotition, at before crisis period (1992-1998) inequality between and in ex-residency in Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province tend to more stable but at period of economic crisis of year 1998-2004 happened tendency of inequality between and in ex residency in Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province the fluctuation naturalness which tend to increase. (3) There is a significant differences of inequality index in Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province before and period of economic crisis (4) Kuznets Hypotesis could apply both in Sub-Province in Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province are provable.
