The purpose of this research is to know influence of operational capabilities to company performance and influence of quality of service to company performance. Research type the used is research of case study. Data research is collected by using observation method and interview. Method used to analyze is method of regression doubled. method of Regression doubled is linear regression which estimate coefficients which [in] yielding by equation having the character of linear, which entangle two free variable, to be utilized as a means of big predicts of variable value depended. This research use elementary concept RBV (Resource Based Value) to find excellence compete. Therefore company has to have interest of core of. Interest of core of got from capabilities integrate various resource. Roth and van der Velde tell that operational capabilities and service quality can influence organizational performance. Good organizational performance and measure up to rareness and difficult to imitate, can be made as interest of core of as excellence compete.
