This writing was focussed on the analysis accoutability the achievement of the government agency especially in the mining service and regency energy natuna, that beforehand had never been carried out both the grating, the evaluation and the analysis of the achievement, so as to be difficult to determine whether an activity/the program/the policy that was carried out successful or failed. With the existence of the analysis accoutability this achievement could it was hoped become the guide in carrying out the assessment towards the success and the failure of a government agency especially for the agency that was in the regency natuna in carrying out the activity/the program/the policy towards the aim and the target that were determined. As for the research kind that was carried out was the descriptive research by using the qualitative method, so as results of the research took the form of the data that depicted the level of the success or the failure of the implementation of the activity/the program/the policy that was carried out by the mining service and regency energy natuna. From results of the analysis and data discussions, could be concluded that from 7 (seven) the activity that was carried out by the mining service and regency energy natuna in the budget year 2006, totalling 5 activities succeeded in being carried out with the level of the achievement of the good achievement, now 2 (two) the activity failed to be carried out in the budget year 2006 that was caused by the shortage restrained his implementation time, so as to have to be launched in the budget year 2007. in the meantime keyword in this writing was: 1. Accoutability: the obligation to send responsibility or to answer and explain the achievement and the action someone/the body of the management law collective an organisation to the side that had the right or had the authority to ask for information or responsibility. 2. The grating of the achievement: a process of the assessment of the progress of the work towards the aim and the target that was determined beforehand, including information above: use efficiency of resources in producing goods and services; the quality of goods and services (as good goods and services were handed over to the customer and until as far the customer was satisfied); results of the activity compared with the intention that was wanted; and the effectiveness of the action in achieving the aim. 3. The target accoutability: made the government agency that accoutable so as to be able to operate in an efficient manner, effective, was responsive to the aspirations of the community and his environment in the realisation Transparency the government agency, the realisation of the community's participation in the implementation of the national development and the maintenance of the community's belief in the government.
