EVALUASI PENGUKURAN KINERJA BERBASIS KUALITAS DENGAN PENDEKATAN KONSEP SIX SIGMA

2007 | Skripsi | S1 AccountingThis research aims to measure the value in each dimension of defect and succesfull performance of Polres Sleman, and its used to know what kind of characteristic to quality wanterd by public and how well its done by management of Polres Sleman. Questionare, observation and documentation is used to collect data. By using validity and reliability Cronbachs Alpha the 9 characteristic to quality questioned to its public is conversed to the sigma value. Six Sigma make a certain about defect per million opportunities of each process work have done. The result of Six Sigma shows that the performance measure of Polres Sleman in output and usefull materials is in 0,21 sigma until 3,16 sigma. Then the service quality felt by public and offered by Polres Sleman shows in 1,78 sigma until 2,28 sigma. Its under the criteria of good work in 6 sigma. There are several factor of quality that need more attention from the management of Polres Sleman. Those factor are quick actioned police to public complain, the police listening the public complain, and the clarity of evident payment of transaction. From this situation make police tries to give the best service to public. Besides that, every police must given more comprehension about the good strategy, good work system, and the police must be create cordination and good relation to every one in society.
