The increasing requirement of information, hence requirement to information system as information producer which with quality also mount. This research try to conduct the assessment how far system quality, information quality, service quality from a information system can influence the net benefit of organization. To do the assessment, used model which is introduced by Delone and Mclean at 2003, that recognized by "The D&M IS Success Model". D&M IS Success Model consisted of system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, use, user satisfaction and net benefit. This research represents the case study of SIMAGAMA and SIMAKUNGAMA representing finance information system at Gadjah Mada University and limits the problem at finance information system. From examination which have been done, can be pulled conclusion that research result for the hypothesis of second and first indicate that there are positive relation and significant among system quality & information quality to net benefits. Third hypothesis indicate that the service qualities have the relations which are positive and not significant with net benefits organizational.
