2007 | Skripsi | S1 ManagementThis study, "The Impact of Job Characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Intrinsic Satisfaction as Mediating Variable" was to investigate the impact of job characteristics (skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy and feedback) on OCB, and to clarify the mediating effect of intrinsic satisfaction among international NGOs employees in Indonesia. 32 international NGO employees were participated in this study. The results show that job characteristics had positive and significant impact on OCB, while intrinsic satisfaction was a mediating mechanism through which the impact of job characteristics on OCB takes place.
