Panji Dananjaya. Sampel dipilih dengan metode stratified random sampling dari karyawan di PT. Panji Dananjaya. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel dependen (turnover intention), dan variabel independen (komitmen organisasional, job insecurity, job satisfaction) digunakan multiple regression methode. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: Pertama, komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Kedua, job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi turnover. Ketiga, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi turnover. Intensi turnover di PT. This study tests the effects of organizational commitment, job insecurity and job satisfaction on turnover intention, by surveying a sample of 70 employee in PT. Panji Dananjaya. Sample were chosen by stratified random sampling from employee at PT. Panji Dananjaya. The multiple regression methode is used to analyze the correlation between dependent variable (turnover intention), and independent variabel (organizational commitment, job insecurity, job satisfaction). The results of this study confirm that: First, organizational commitment has an indirect effect on turnover intention. Second, job insecurity has a direct, positive impact on turnover intention. Third, job satisfaction has a direct, negative impact on turnover intention. The Results of this study confirm that turnover intention at PT.Panji Dananjaya is influenced both by job insecurity and job satisfaction.
