Analisis Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Furthermore, workers who are committed to their organization are happy to be a member of it, believe and feel good about the organization and what it stands for, and instead to do what is goal for the organization. Based on the research before, this research is doing to know about the form of commitment and measuring the effect between organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational commitment and employee performance are the important factor in company succeed, without high commitment and good performance from the employee company will have a big problem in achieve their goal. This research is causal comparative, because this research analyzing how the effect of a independent variable to the dependent variable (Umar, 2002). Independent variable that used in this research based on Mayer & Allen model (1991) is Affective, Continuance, and Normative Commitment. The dependent variable that used in this research is employee performance. This research using factor analysis, coefecient cronbach alpha, T-test, F-test, and adjusted Rsquare to analyze the data, by using the SPSS application program. Research held in TVRI during December 2006 until March 2007. Result of the research show that the effect of Affective commitment is positive and significant to employee performance, for the effect of Continuance and Normative Commitment are negative and significant to Employee Performance.
