Pembentukan Knowledge pada PT. Mega Andalan Kalasan

Background: PT. Mega Andalan Kalasan having many employees in various level, has profit if they are able to attract and develop innovation from each given human resource. Developing innovation is impossible to run if in each individual they do not have ability or thinking to give attractive, fantastic idea, or even brilliant one. One of way to develop innovation is knowledge creation or called knowledge building. Method: This research is case study at PT. Mega Andalan Kalasan for 3 months. This research was performed by interview method with director and surveyor in field. Sampling was completed to all employees of PT. Mega Andalan Kalasan, just taken a part of them who represented the population. Meanwhile gathering data of firm"s employee used census method, namely by distributing questionnaire to number of fixed employee. Result: It concluded that most crucial effect of knowledge creation element was from internalization, because one thing will be abandoned if it is not based on individual ability, in which PT. MAK is an industrial manufacturer that having rapidly advanced technology following the time. Then it need member of organization in PT. MAK to have additional knowledge to follow technology advancement. Conclusion: Organizational party has given anything employee need to develop knowledge in order to complete their duties using either physical or psychological facility. Physical facility includes own room, while psychological one include training. Keyword: knowledge creation building, elements, performance, organizational knowledge
