In this article, I tried to discuss performance measurement system in broadcasting industry. This is interesting because the industry is so complex and dynamic. In January 2007, more than 100.000 persons applied for many positions in Trans TV. This phenomenon warn us that the big number of employees determine the destiny of company. That is why the company needs appropriate performance measurement system. Lately, Balanced Scorecard became famous because of its supremacy. In this study I will try to make some experiments. How if Balanced Scorecard is implemented in Trans TV as their performance measurement system? From this point we will discover the benefits and weakness from the Balanced Scorecard when we implementing it on Trans TV. At the end of this study, I will mention the inhibitions when we implementing Balanced Scorecard into broadcasting industry as the performance measurement system.
