ANALISIS SEMIOTIK MAKNA PUISI UMMUNA DALAM AL-AMALU ASY-SYIRIYYATU AL-KAMILATU KARYA MURID AL-BARGUSI: ANALISIS SEMIOTIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan makna puisi Ummuna karya Murid al-Bargusi. Penelitian pada puisi ini menggunakan teori semiotik, yaitu teori yang menjelaskan tentang tanda-tanda. Sementara itu, metode yang digunakan adalah metode semiotik yang dikemukakan oleh Riffatere, yaitu ketidaklangsungan ekspresi dan pembacaan semiotik yang terdiri dari pembacaan heuristik dan pembacaan hermeneutik. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa makna puisi Ummuna, Ibu Kami, adalah seorang Ummuna, Ibu Kami, sebagai ibu pertiwi, yaitu Palestina. Ummuna, Ibu Kami, menginginkan tempat lain yang normal tanpa penjajahan untuk bangsanya, tetapi tidak ada satu tempat pun yang dapat menggantikan Palestina.

This research aims to determine the meaning of poem Ummuna, Our Mother, by Murid al-Bargusi. The research in the poem uses semiotic theory that explain the sign systems. Meanwhile, the method used in this research is semiotic method which offered by Riffaterre, this method consists of two steps; indirect expression observation and semiotics reading that consist of heuristical and hermeneutical reading. The results of analysis concluded that, the meaning of poem Ummuna, Our Mother, is about Ummuna, Our Mother, as in a mother country or Palestine. This poem explains that Our Mother wants another place where everything is normal without colonization for her people to replace Palestine but apparently there is no other place that can replace Palestine.
