TINGKAT PERKEMBANGAN DAN KLASIFIKASI TANAH PADA FORMASI WATURANDA, TOTOGAN, TUFF WATURANDA DAN KARANGSAMBUNG DI KEBUMEN

2018 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU TANAHPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengaji pengaruh formasi geologi terhadap perkembangan tanah dan klasifikasi tanah menurut USDA, FAO/UNESCO, dan PPT Bogor. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada empat bahan induk yang berbeda yaitu batuan breksi-andesitik basaltik, batu lempung, breksi-batu pasir dan batu gamping, dan tuff. Analisis sampel ini meliputi analisis fisika, kimia dan mineralogi yang dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Fisika Tanah dan Kimia Tanah serta di Laboratorium Umum Geologi. Parameter Fisika Tanah meliputi analisis BV, BJ, porositas, dan tekstur. Sedangkan untuk parameter Kimia Tanah meliputi parameter pH, kapasitas pertukaran kation, kandungan bahan organik, kejenuhan basa, kandungan nitrogen, fosfor, kation tertukar, dan analisis mineralogi tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan tanah memiliki perbedaan karakteristik sifat fisika, kimia, dan mineralogi tanah. Tanah yang terbentuk di Karangsambung dan sekitarnya menurut USDA adalah Typic Dystrudepts, smektitic, netral, isohipertermik ; Typic Udorthens, smektitic, netral, isohipertermik; Typic Dystrudepts, mixed, netral, isohipertermik; dan Typic Hapludalfs, kaolinitic, netral, isohipertermik. Berdasarkan FAO/UNESCO adalah Dystric Cambisols (Loamic, Ochric), Eutric Arenosols (Ochric), dan Chromic Luvisols (Loamic, Ochric, Hyperdystric). Berdasarkan PPT Bogor adalah Kambisol Distrik, Arenosol Kambik, dan Mediteran Kromik. Formasi yang memiliki tanah paling muda berdasarkan mineral mudah lapuk dan tipe lempung adalah formasi Waturanda � formasi Karangsambung � anggota tuff formasi Waturanda � formasi Totogan
This study aims to examine the effect of geological formation on soil development and land classification according to USDA, FAO / UNESCO, and PPT Bogor. Sampling was performed on four different parent materials: basaltic breccia-andesitic rock, clay, breccia-sandstone and limestone, and tuff. Analysis of this sample includes physics, chemistry and mineralogy analyzes conducted at Soil and Soil Chemistry Laboratory as well as in General Geology Laboratory. The parameters of Soil Physics include analysis of BV, BJ, porosity, and texture. As for soil chemistry parameters include pH parameters, cation exchange capacity, organic matter content, basic saturation, nitrogen content, phosphorus, expressed cation, and soil mineralogy analysis. The results showed that the development of soil has different characteristics of physics, chemistry, and soil mineralogy. The soils formed in Karangsambung and surrounding areas according to USDA are Typic Dystrudepts, smektitic, netral, isohipertermik ; Typic Udorthens, smektitic, netral, isohipertermik; Typic Dystrudepts, mixed, netral, isohipertermik; and Typic Hapludalfs, kaolinitic, netral, isohipertermik. Based on FAO / UNESCO are Dystric Cambisols (Loamic, Ochric), Eutric Arenosols (Ochric), and Chromic Luvisols (Loamic, Ochric, Hyperdystric). Based on PPT Bogor are adalah Kambisol Distrik, Arenosol Kambik, and Mediteran Kromik. The youngest land-based formation based on easily weathered minerals and clay type is the Waturanda formation - the Karangsambung formation - a member of the Waturanda tuff formation - the Totogan formation
