UNSUR-UNSUR INTRINSIK CERPEN TARIQUN ILA AL-HUBBI DALAM ANTOLOGI CERPEN SYABABUN WA GANIYATUN KARYA MAHMUD TAIMUR: ANALISIS STRUKTURAL ROBERT STANTON

Penelitian ini membahas unsur-unsur intrinsik yang terdapat pada cerpen Tariqun Ila al-Hubbi dalam antologi cerpen Syababun wa Ganiyatun karya Mahmud Taimur. Cerpen ini menceritakan seorang remaja yang berjuang untuk meraih cinta seorang gadis. Permasalahan yang muncul dalam cerpen ini adalah apa saja unsur-unsur intrinsik yang ada dalam cerpen serta bagaimana keterkaitan antarunsurnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur intrinsik dan keterkaitan antarunsur yang terdapat di dalam cerpen Tariqun Ila al-Hubbi. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori struktural menurut Robert Stanton. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis struktural. Struktur cerpen yang dibahas adalah unsur-unsur intrinsiknya yang meliputi karakter, alur, dan latar, tema, serta sarana cerita. Sarana cerita ini meliputi judul dan sudut padang. Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tokoh utama dalam cerpen ini adalah Abbas, seorang remaja yang berasal dari keluarga penyanyi terkenal. Abbas memiliki karakter pendiam, baik hati dan gigih. Adapun tokoh tambahan dalam cerpen ini adalah Ibu, Gadis anak tetangga, Murad, Sit Iqbal, Adik perempuan dan Pembantu. Alur cerpen ini adalah alur lurus atau alur progresif. Latar tempat dalam cerpen ini adalah rumah yang meliputi kamar dan teras rumah, serta sebuah Kasino. Latar waktu dalam cerpen ini adalah pada pagi hari, sore hari, dan malam hari. Adapun latar sosial dalam cerpen ini adalah berupa perbedaan antara golongan kelas menengah atas dan golongan kelas menengah bawah. Tema cerpen ini mengacu pada tokoh utama Abbas dan tokoh tambahan, yaitu Gadis anak tetangga dalam liku-liku perjuangan mereka meraih cinta, yang dieksplisitkan dalam judul cerpen ini, yaitu Tariqun Ila al-Hubbi. Cerpen ini diceritakan dengan sudut pandang orang ketiga tidak terbatas. Masing-masing unsur intrinsik yang terdapat dalam cerpen ini memiliki keterkaitan unsurnya antara satu dengan lainnya sehingga terbangun satu kesatuan makna yang utuh.

This study discusses the intrinsic elements of the short story Tariqun Ila al-Hubbi in the anthology of Syababun wa Ganiyatun written by Mahmud Taimur. This short story is telling about two teenagers who struggle their love. The problems discussed in this short story is intrinsic elements that are containing in the story and how its relations in between. The purpose of this study is to determine the intrinsic elements and the relations between those elements of short story Tariqun Ila al-Hubbi. The discussion in this research used a structural theory by Robert Stanton. The method used in this study is a method of structural analysis as well. The intrinsic elements discussed that include characters and characterizations, plot, and setting, theme, and the literary devices that include title and point of view. The conclusion is that the main character in this short story is Abbas, a teenager from a famous singer family. Abbas has a quiet man, kind, and persistent. The additional characters in this short story is Neighbor girl, Mother, Murad, Sit Iqbal, Sister, and Helper. The Plot of this short story is straight or progressive plot. The place setting of the story are in the house, bedroom, terraces house, and as well as in a Casino. The setting time are the morning, the afternoon, and the night. The social setting in this story is the difference between the upper middle class and the lower middle class. The theme of the story is refers to the main character, Abbas and the Neighbor girl in their struggle for love, which is hooked up in its title of the story Tariqun ila al-Hubbi. The story is written with unlimited third-person perspective. Each of the intrinsic elements contained in this story are linked to each other that establish a unity of intact meaning.
