PENGARUH SLURRY BIOGAS SAMPAH BUAH TERHADAP HASIL PADI PADA INCEPTISOL MLATI, SLEMAN DAN ALFISOL PATUK, GUNUNGKIDUL

2018 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU TANAHPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi slurry biogas sampah buah terhadap sifat kimia Inceptisol dan Alfisol, (2) mengetahui pengaruh dosis slurry biogas sampah buah terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi, (3) mengetahui pengaruh jenis tanah terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan rancangan acak lengkap 2 faktorial yakni faktor jenis tanah dan faktor dosis slurry. Aras dari faktor jenis tanah antara lain Inceptisol dan Alfisol sedangkan aras faktor dosis slurry antara lain 60 mL/pot, 120 mL/pot, 180 mL/pot. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap sifat kimia tanah antara lain pH, C-Organik, kapasitas pertukaran kation (KPK), N-total, P-tersedia dan K-tersedia serta pengamatan agronomis antara lain tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, warna daun, berat segar jerami dan akar, berat kering jerami dan akar, panjang akar, volume akar, jumlah malai per-pot, persentase gabah isi per-pot, persentase gabah hampa per-pot, berat 100 butir gabah, Berat gabah total per-pot, jumlah gabah per-malai. Dilakukan analisis lanjut terhadap data dengan uji Duncan�s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf signifikasi 5 %. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa slurry perlakuan 180 mL/pot memberikan pengaruh paling baik dibandingkan dosis 60 mL/pot dan 120 mL/pot. Slurry tidak memberikan pengaruh yang beda nyata terhadap semua parameter kecuali pH tanah, tinggi tanaman, dan gabah per malai.
This research was conducted with the aim of (1) examine the effect of slurry of fruit waste biogas installation application to chemical properties of Inceptisol and Alfisol, (2) examine the effect of slurry doses to rice growth and productivity (3) examine the effect of type of soil to rice growth and productivity. The research methode is factorial Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factor, that is type of soil and doses of slurry. Type of soil factor include Inceptisol and Alfisol while doses of slurry factor include 60 mL/polybag, 120 mL/polybag, and 180 mL/polybag. The observation is the chemical properties of soil include pH, C-organic, cation exchange capacity (CEC), total of nitrogen, avaible phosphorus, and avaibel potassium, also observation to rice growht and productivity include plant height, number of tillers, leaf color, fresh weight of straw and roots, dry weight of straw and root, root length, root volume, number of tassel, percentage of solid grain, percentage of empty grain, weight of 100 grain, total weight of grain, number of grain per tassel. Further analysis of data was performed using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) test with alpha 5 %. The results provide information that the dose 180 mL/polybag has the best effect compared to the dose of 60 mL / polybag and 120 mL /polybag. Slurry can not give a significant effect on all parameters except soil pH, plant height, and number of grain per tassel.
