POLA PERESEPAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PENYAKITHIPERTENSIDI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN/RSUD ABEPURA JAYAPURA PERIODE JANUARI - DESEMBER 2014

Penggunaan antihipertensi yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan pengobatan yang tidak rasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola peresepan antihipertensi pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Abepura Jayapura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif non eksperimental dengan data retrospektif yang diambil dari bulan Januari - Desember 2014. Pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang diambil yaitu catatan rekam medik pasien yang mengandung terapi pengobatan antihipertensi.Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Agustus hingga November 2015 di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Abepura Jayapura Papua. Penilaian ketepatan dikaji berdasarkan kesesuaian penggunaan obat antihipertensi berdasarkan JNC 7. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 107 catatan rekam medik untuk terapi antihipertensi. Terapi pemberian obat antihipertensi tunggal yang paling banyak diberikan yaitu captopril dan pemberian antihipertensi kombinasi yang paling banyak diberikan yaitu kombinasi amlodipin - furosemid. Evaluasi kesesuaian pengobatan 100% tepat indikasi, tepat obat sebesar 46,75%, tepat dosis sebesar 66,67%, tepat pasien sebesar 100%.

Antihypertension drug use may cause improper therapy such as side effects.The purpose of this study was to determine the prescribing pattern of antihypertensive drug to outpatients in Abepura regional public hospital, Jayapura. This study is a non-experimental descriptive study with retrospective method and the data was taken from medical record of outpatients of January to December of 2014. The data was collected by using simple random sampling method. The data was taken from medical record which containing antihypertensive drug. Data collection for this study performed from August until November 2015 in Abepura regional public hospital, Jayapura, Papua. Appropriateness of hypertensive drug therapy was assesessed based on the suitability of the use of antihypertensive drugs the book of JNC 7. The results obtained that were 107 patient medical records for antihypertensive therapy. Single antihypertensive drug most widely prescribed was captopril; and the most common combination drugs were amlodipine and furosemide. The percentages of appropriateness of the drug therapy for hypertensive patient were 100% for right indication; 46.75% for right drug; 66.67% for right dose; and 100% for right patient.
