Diskriminasi Terhadap Penyandang Kebutuhan Khusus Dalam Film Miracle In Cell No 7 (7beonbang-ui seonmul) : Kajian Sosiologi Sastra

Film Miracle In Cell No 7 (7beonbang-ui seonmul) merupakan film yang dibuat berdasarkan kisah nyata yang terjadi pada tahun 1972 di Korea Selatan. Film yang ditayangkan pada tahun 2013 ini merepresentasikan diskriminasi dan ketidakadilan yang dialami oleh seorang penyandang kebutuhan khusus. Tidak hanya itu, film ini juga memiliki fungsi sebagai kritik sastra mengenai diskriminasi terhadap penyandang kebutuhan khusus di Korea Selatan. Dalam waktu satu bulan sejak penayangan film ini, film ini mampu menjaring 10 juta penonton. Selain itu, film ini juga mendapatkan rating 8,2 dari 10 (menurut imdb). Oleh karena itu, film ini menjadi salah satu objek yang menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan teori diskriminasi dan sosiologi sastra. Teori sosiologi sastra merupakan teori yang menganggap bahwa karya sastra memiliki kaitan dengan realitas dan aspek sosial kemasyarakatan. Penggunaan teori ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk diskriminasi terhadap penyandang kebutuhan khusus yang terdapat dalam film Miracle in Cell no 7. Selain itu, dapat diketahui juga bagaimana film ini berfungsi sebagai representasi dan kritik terhadap diskriminasi yang dilakukan kepada penyandang kebutuhan khusus di Korea Selatan. Melalui analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan bentuk-bentuk diskriminasi yang terdapat dalam film Miracle in Cell no 7. Bentuk-bentuk tersebut diklasifikasikan menjadi dua, yaitu diskriminasi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan diskriminasi dalam bidang hukum. Akibat adanya diskriminasi, Lee Yong Goo menjadi menerima bentuk perlakuan tidak adil yang menyimpang dari norma sosial kemanusiaan. Bentuk-bentuk diskriminasi tersebut dianalisis menggunakan undang-undang bagi penyandang kebutuhan khusus untuk menunjukkan adanya kekeliruan terhadap tindakan diskriminasi kepada penyandang kebutuhan khusus. Dalam penelitian juga dijelaskan mengenai representasi diskriminasi terhadap penyandang kebutuhan khusus di Korea Selatan dan hubungannya dengan film Miracle in Cell no 7, serta kritik terhadap diskriminasi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa film Miracle in Cell no 7 merupakan sebuah film yang dikemas untuk menyampaikan representasi diskriminasi terhadap penyandang kebutuhan khusus di Korea Selatan dan kritik terhadap perlakuan tidak adil kepada penyandang kebutuhan khusus di Korea Selatan.

Movie Miracle in Cell no 7 is a movie based on true story in South Korea in 1972 . The movie illustrates about discrimination and injustice of people with disabilities. Movie Miracle in Cell no 7 also shows discrimination in South Korea from 1972 to 2013 when movie Miracle in Cell no 7 was aired and the author of this movie also gives criticism to the audience through this movie. No wonder this movie is in great demand and success in Korea because it has captured more than 10 million viewers in a month since its airing. Therefore this movie became the object of this research. This research discusses the representation of discriminatory treatment of persons with special needs in Miracle In Cell No 7 (7beonbang-ui seonmul) movie which aired in 2013. This research will be analyzed using the theory of discrimination and theory of sociology of literature. The theory of sociology of literature is a theory related to human relations in society and public relations with literary works. Furthermore, by using theory of sociology of literature , literature works can be studied or focused on social forms of society. And the theory that assumes the work of literature has a connection with the reality and social aspects of society. The use of this theory is aimed at identifying discrimination against persons with special needs seen in Miracle in Cell no 7 movie and knowing how the film represents discrimination against special needs persons in South Korea as well as the Lee Hwan Kyung as author critique of acts of discrimination against persons with special needs in South Korea through Miracle in Cell no 7 movie. Through the analysis conducted, found the forms of discrimination that exist in the movie Miracle in Cell no 7. These forms are classified into two, namely discrimination in social life and discrimination in the field of law. As a result of discrimination, Lee Yong Goo also accepts a form of unfair treatment that deviates from social norms of humanity. Then the form of discrimination is analyzed using laws for persons with special needs to demonstrate a mistake to discriminate against persons with special needs. Furthermore, it explains the representation of discrimination against persons with special needs in South Korea and relation with the Miracle in Cell no 7 movie . And criticism about discrimination against of people with special needs in South Korea through this film. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Miracle in Cell movie 7 is a film that is packaged to convey the representation of discrimination against people with special needs in Korea and criticism of the form of unfair treatment to people with special needs in Korea.
