PERBAIKAN APLIKASI FIXED ASSET SYSTEM (FAS) DI PT. YAMAHA INDONESIA MOTOR MANUFACTURING

2017 | Tesis | S2 MANAJEMEN (MM) JAKARTAPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbaikan fitur atau fungsi yang berada pada aplikasi Fixed Asset System (FAS) di PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing, terutama terkait dengan adanya temuan kehilangan Fixed Asset sebanyak 83 unit pada saat audit physical check tahun 2015. Hal tersebut seharusnya tidak perlu terjadi apabila para pengguna aplikasi FAS mampu mengoptimalkan fungsionalitas pada FAS. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memetakan fitur atau fungsi apa saja yang masih harus ditingkatkan dalam rangka perbaikan FAS agar lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk memilih para respondennya. Berdasarkan kondisi internal YIMM, terdapat enam bagian yang sangat membutuhkan keberadaan FAS untuk menunjang pekerjaan, yaitu bagian Akunting (Act), Informasi Teknologi (IT), Factory Control (FC), Production Planning (PP), General Affairs (GA), dan Marketing (Mkt). Kuesioner dibagikan kepada para responden dan disusun berdasarkan pada kriteria ISO 25010. Hasil kuesioner yang sudah diisi oleh responden tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan perhitungan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam membobotkan setiap kriteria utama dan sub-kriteria secara obyektif berdasarkan pada hubungan antar kriteria tersebut. Metode ini juga dipadukan dengan focus group discussion untuk membahas lebih lanjut hasil analisis melalui AHP. Berdasarkan lima standar ISO 25010, yaitu Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Reliability, dan Security diperoleh kriteria atau sub-kriteria utama bagi aplikasi FAS. Hasil analisis data diperoleh tiga kriteria utama fitur atau fungsi yang paling diutamakan dalam melakukan perbaikan Fixed Asset System yaitu Security (Accountability) sebesar 9,08%, Usability (User error protection) sebesar 8,42%, dan Functional suitability (Functional Completeness) sebesar 8,05%. Ketiga kriteria utama tersebut selanjutnya menjadi hasil konsensus yang telah diambil di internal PT. YIMM terkait dengan perbaikan aplikasi Fixed Asset System.
This study is aimed to analyze the improvement of features or functions from Fixed Asset System (FAS) application in PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing, mainly related to the finding of loss 83 units Fixed Asset at the time of audit physical check 2015. It is assumed that the disruption could be avoided if the users of FAS application able to optimize functionalities. Therefore, in this research, any feature or function that still needs to be improved in the framework of FAS improvement for the better software were identified and mapped. This research uses purposive sampling method to select the respondents. Based on the internal conditions of YIMM, there are six sections that require the existence of FAS to support the work, namely the Accounting (Act), Information Technology (IT), Factory Control (FC), Production Planning (PP), General Affairs (GA), and Marketing (Mkt). The questionnaires distributed to the respondents were prepared based on the ISO 25010 criteria determined by the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach. Questionnaires that have been filled by respondents are processed using the calculation of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method was chosen because of its ability to weight each of the main criteria and sub-criteria objectively based on the relationship between the criteria, in this case the answer questionnaire from the respondents. This method also combined with focus group discussions to further discuss the results of the analysis through AHP. Based on the five ISO 25010 standards: Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Reliability, and Security, the main criteria or sub-criteria for FAS application are obtained. The result of data analysis is obtained by three main criteria of feature or function which most prefered in making improvement to Fixed Asset System that is Security (Accountability) 9,08%, Usability (User error protection) 8,42% and Functional suitability (Functional Completeness) 8.05%. These three main criteria are the result of consensus that has been taken in internal PT. YIMM is associated with Fixed Asset System application improvements.
