HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI POLA ASUH OTORITATIF WALI ASRAMA DENGAN KONSEP DIRI SANTRI PONDOK PESANTREN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi pola asuh otoritatif wali asrama dengan konsep diri santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. dalam pengumpulan data, alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala konsep diri dan skala pola asuh otoritatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 192 santri Pondok Pesantren Husnul Khotimah. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi pola asuh otoritatatif wali asrama dengan konsep diri santri. Dengan teknik analisis regresi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pola asuh otoritatif wali asrama berhubungan positif dengan konsep diri (F = 74,223, R = 0,530, p < 0,01). Adapun pola asuh otoritatif wali asrama berperan sebesar 28,1% dalam konsep diri santri.

This study aims to determine the relation between perceived housemaster's authoritative parenting and self-concept of Islamic boarding school student. The research used quantitative method. Data collected with two instruments which are self-concept scale and authoritative parenting scale. Total participants of this study were 192 students from Husnul Khotimah Islamic Boarding School. Hypothesis in this study is; there is a positive correlation between perceived housemaster's authoritative parenting and self-concept of Islamic boarding school student. Through the use of simple regression method, the result of this study is that there is a significant correlation between perceived housemaster's authoritative parenting and self-concept of Islamic boarding school student (F = 74,223, R = 0,530, p < 0,01). The effective contribution of housemaster's authoritative parenting in self-concept of students is 28,1%.
