PEMBUATAN SOP SERVIS BERKALA UNTUK MEMPERCEPAT PROSES PENGERJAAN SERVIS PADA PT. SUMBER BARU TRADA MOTOR

Dalam proses pengerjaan perawatan kendaraan di PT. Sumber Baru Trada Motor, terkadang ada beberapa hal yang luput dari perhatian teknisi ketika melakukan proses perawatan kendaraan. Salah satu contohnya adalah alur proses pengerjaan perawatan kendaraan yang tidak teratur. Padahal, apabila alur proses pengerjaan teratur, teknisi dapat bekerja dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibuat alur proses pengerjaan yang baku dan menjadi pedoman bagi teknisi ketika melakukan proses perawatan kendaraan. Dengan demikian, langkah-langkah yang tidak perlu dapat dihindari sehingga proses pengerjaan perawatan kendaraan lebih efektif dan efisien. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil pengerjaan perawatan kendaraan dengan dua alur kerja yang digunakan adalah melalui pengujian langsung di lapangan. Hasil dari kedua pengujian tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dan diteliti sehingga didapatkan sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil dari pengujian proses perawatan kendaraan dengan mengikuti SOP lebih cepat daripada tidak mengikuti SOP. Selisih durasi proses pengerjaan antara keduanya adalah 7 menit 3 detik. Dan pada akhirnya, ada beberapa keuntungan lain yang dapat diperoleh dari proses perawatan kendaraan apabila mengikuti SOP.

The vehicle maintenance on PT. Sumber Baru Trada Motor, sometimes several things were missed attention by the technicians while doing the maintenance process. For example, the disorganized flow of working process on vehicle maintenance. If this could be done in a good arrangement, technicians could be work more effective and efficient. A standard operation procedures (SOP) of vehicle maintenance are needed and become a work guidance for technicians. Therefore, the unnecessary steps could be avoided and the maintenance process become more effective and efficient. In this final project, the method to know the comparison of results between two conditions this working flow on vehicle maintenance is through directly test on workshop. The results from both tests then compared and investigated in order to find the conclusion. The results from testing vehicle maintenance process which following the SOP is faster than which do not following the SOP. The duration difference between both working processes is 7 minutes and 3 seconds. On the top of it, there are several advantages that could be obtained by following the SOP of vehicle maintenance process if the process following the SOP.
