PERANCANGAN TAMPILAN ANTARMUKA PENGGUNA SISTEM SENSUS HARIAN RAWAT INAP DI RSU 'AISYIYAH PONOROGO

Latar Belakang : Sebagai rumah sakit dengan akreditasi paripurna, RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan sensus harian rawat inap secara manual. Saat studi pendahuluan, peneliti mendapatkan temuan petugas pelaporan salah saat membaca nomor rekam medis yang dituliskan oleh perawat pada lembar sensus harian rawat inap. Hal ini menyebabkan data yang diinput ke sistem pengolahan tidak valid dan menyebabkan data tidak ditemukan saat dicari. Tujuan : perancangan ini bertujuan untuk merancang tampilan antarmuka pengguna sistem sensus harian rawat inap berbasis web di RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo. Metode : perancangan ini menggunakan metode action and research dengan objek perancangan sistem informasi sensus harian rawat inap RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo. Perancangan tampilan antarmuka sistem sensus harian rawat inap berbasis web ini didasari oleh hasil wawancara terhadap responden. Hasil : rancangan tampilan antarmuka ini menghasilkan menu Login dan empat sub menu untuk perawat dan petugas pelaporan.

Background : As a hospital with a plenary accreditation, RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo still uses the manually system of daily census of inpatient. During the preliminery study, the researcher found the reporters findings wrong when reading the medical record number written by the nurses on the daily census of inpatient. This causes the data inputted to processing system is invalid and causes data not to be ound when searched. Objectives : this design aims for designing the look of the user interface of daily web-based daily census inpatient system in RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo. Method : this design is using action and research method with object design of daily census inpatient system in RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo.The design of the user interface by the daily census inpatient system based on this website is based on the results of interviews on respondents. Results : the design of this user interface are generates menu for Login and four sub menus for nurses and reporting officers.
