ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS SEAWEED CHIPS DENGAN METODE MULTIFACTOR PRODUCTIVITY MEASUREMENT MODEL (MFPMM) (Studi kasus di CV Panda Food, Yogyakarta)

CV Panda Food merupakan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang memproduksi seaweed chips. CV Panda Food ini berdiri pada tahun 2011 yang lokasinya berada di Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. Perusahaan ini sedang berjuang untuk meningkatkan. Untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas dari perusahaan ini maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran produktivitas. Pada penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk menghitung produktivitas selama periode pengukuran untuk mengetahui kondisi produktivitas di CV Panda Food dan menganalisa hasil pengukurannya. Pengukuran produktivitas di CV. Panda Food ini dapat dilakukan dengan metode Multifactor Productivity Measurement Model (MFPMM). Data yang diukur dalam metode ini adalah data periodik perusahaan untuk kuantitas, harga, dan nilai dari setiap keluaran dan masukan dari sistem organisasi. MFPMM membandingkan data dari satu periode(base period) terhadap data periode selanjutnya(current period). Hasil pengukuran produktivitas CV Panda Food yaitu adanya penurunan produktivitas yang terjadi pada periode 2 yakni sebesar 16.81% (83,19%-100%). Penurunan produktivitas ini terjadi karena naiknya biaya atas elemen-elemen produksi, yaitu pada bahan baku sebesar 20% (80%-100%). Untuk energi turun sebesar 2.51% (97.49-100). Kemudian untuk tenaga kerja sebesar turun 17% (83-100). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan penurunan produktivitas bagian tenaga kerja produksi ini disebabkan adanya bottleneck pada bagian penggorengan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penambahan tenaga kerja sebanyak 1 orang pada bagian penggorengan sesuai dengan perhitungan jumlah tenaga kerja teoritisnya. Atau melatih tenaga kerja produksi agar lebih terampil, efisien, dan cepat dalam menjalankan proses produksi.

CV Panda Food is a small and medium enterprise (SME) which produce seaweed chips. CV Panda Food was established in 2011 which located in Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. This company is currently struggling to increase the productivity. A productivity measurement is needed to know the productivity level of this company. This study aims to measure the productivity during the measurement period to know the productivity condition at CV Panda Food and to analyze the result of the measurement. The productivity measurement in CV Panda Food is using Multifactor Productivity Measurement Model (MFPMM) method. The measured data in this method is company’s periodic datas for quantity, price, and value for both output and input of the organization system. MFPMM compares data from one period (base period) to next period (current period). The result of productivity measurement of CV Panda Food is a decreased productivity which happens in period 2 that equals to 16,81% (83,19-100). This decreased productivity occurs because of the increasing cost of the product’s elements, which is raw material rise to 20% (80-100). The energy rise to 2.51% (97.49-100) . Besides, the employees rise to 17% (83-100). So it can be conclude that the decrease number of production employee section is caused by a bottleneck in frying section. Therefore, it is necessary to add an employee in frying section according to theoritical calculation. Or held a train for the production employee to be more competent, efficient, and quick in running the production process.
