STUDI KASUS PROJECT MODIFIKASI SISTEM FIRE SUPPRESSION FM-200 DENGAN ALARM NFS-320 FULL ADDRESSABLE PADA RUANG SERVER OFFICE MNC

Sistem keamanan sangat dibutuhkan terutama pada ruangan yang vital seperti server room guna melindungi dari hal-hal tidak diinginkan karena dampak kebakaran. Kebakaran pada ruang server terjadi karena komponen elektronik yang non – stop bekerja atau juga bisa karena adanya percikan bunga api dari komponek elektronik, oleh sebab itu diperlukan perlindungan terhadap kebekaran dengan media pemadam api yang aman terhadap komponen yang tidak terkena dampak kebakaran dan juga memiliki sistem kerja otomatis. Fire Suppression System FM-200 bekerja dengan mengeluarkan gas untuk memadamkan kebakaran dengan Fire Alarm System untuk bekerja secara otomatis. Fire Suppression System FM-200 menggunakan gas formula dengan nama kimia HFC-227ea atau 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptafluoropropane. Fire Suppression System digunakan untuk pengaman kebakaran pada ruang tertentu yang di dalamnya terdapat banyak alat elektronik, seperti untuk pengaman kebakaran pada server room, dikarenakan FM-200 mengeluarkan gas sehingga aman terhadap komponen elektronik lainnya yang tidak terkena dampak kebakaran. Metode penelitian Fire Suppression System FM-200 dengan panel Alarm Sistem dengan memfokuskan pada penggabungan sistem baru dengan sistem lama, dikarenakan sistem baru dibutuhkan untuk memberi perlindungan kebakaran pada ruang server baru dimana metode penggabungan yang digunakan adalah metode manual dimana menghubungkan/jumper kabel antara sistem baru dan lama, diakrenakan bila menggunakan metode pembuatan space baru untuk sistem baru membutuhkan pengambilan data melalui softwere dimana softwere sedang dalam masalah sehingga penggabungan manual dengan jumper kabel antara sistem baru dan sistem lama menjadi opsi terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil testing & commissioning studi kasus Fire Suppression System FM-200 dengan Alarm NFS – 320 sebagai kendali otomatis pada tugas akhir ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Fire Suppression System FM-200 adalah sistem perlindungan terhadap kebakaran pada ruangan server yang memanfaatkan gas FM-200 dengan kendali Alarm dari panel control NFS – 320 dengan metote penggabungan jumper kabel antara sistem baru dan sistem lama.

Security system is needed especially in vital rooms such as server rooms to protect from things not wanted because of the impact of fire. Fires in the server room occur because non-stop electronic components are working or can also be caused by sparks from electronic compound, therefore protection against the need for a safe fire extinguisher against components not affected by fire and also has a working system automatic. Fire Suppression System FM-200 works by removing the gas to extinguish the fire with Fire Alarm System to work automatically. Fire Suppression System FM-200 uses a gas formula with the chemical name HFC-227ea or 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-Heptafluoropropane. Fire Suppression System is used for fire protection in certain spaces in which there are many electronic devices, such as for fire protection on the server room, because the FM-200 releases gas so that it is safe against other electronic components that are not affected by the fire. The method of research is Fire Suppression System FM-200 with Alarm System panel by focusing on the merging of new system with old system, because new system is needed to provide fire protection on new server room where method of incorporation used is manual method where connect / jumper cable between new system and long ago, accrued when using new space creation methods for new systems requires data retrieval through softwere where softwere is in trouble so manual merging with cable jumper between the new system and the old system becomes the best option. Based on testing & commissioning of Fire Suppression System FM-200 case study with NFS-320 Alarm as automatic control in this final project it can be concluded that Fire Suppression System FM-200 is fire protection system in server room utilizing gas FM-200 with control Alarm from the NFS-320 control panel with the jumper coupling metering cable between the new system and the old system.
