STUDI KOMPARATIF PENGEMBANGAN WILAYAH PESISIR KECAMATAN SRANDAKAN DAN KECAMATAN GALUR, DIY

Pesisir adalah wilayah dengan sumbedaya alam dan jasa - jasa lingkungan yang kaya sehingga berpotensi untuk dikembangkan salah satunya pesisir DIY. Hal ini didukung visi dan misi Gubernur DIY yaitu Among Tani Dagang Layar dengan rencana kawasan pesisir selatan diarahkan menjadi halaman depan DIY, dilanjutkan dengan visi dan misi Menyongsong Abad Samudera Hindia. Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1)Mengidentifikasi potensi dan permasalahan pengembangan wilayah pesisir Kecamatan Srandakan dan Kecamatan Galur. (2)Menentukan prioritas dan perbandingan pengembangan wilayah pesisir Kecamatan Srandakan dan Kecamatan Galur. (3)Memberikan strategi pengembangan wilayah pesisir di Kecamatan Srandakan dan Kecamatan Galur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan data primer dan sekunder. Penentuan responden AHP menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan responden merupakan orang yang mnenjadi aktor dalam sektor kajian yang terdiri dari pemerintah dan masyarakat. Kuesioner AHP dianalisis menggunakan software Expert Choice untuk menghasilkan prioritas pengembangan wilayah pesisir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Srandakan dan Kecamatan Galur memiliki sektor pengembangan wilayah pesisir yang sama yaitu pertanian, pariwisata, perikanan tangkap, perikanan budidaya, dan pertambangan dengan potensi dan permasalahan yang berbeda tiap wilayahnya. Hasil AHP pengembangan wilayah pesisir secara berkelanjutan prioritas Kecamatan Srandakan yaitu sektor (1)pariwisata, (2)pertanian, (3)perikanan budidaya, (4)perikanan tangkap, dan (5)pertambangan, sedangkan Kecamatan Galur sektor (1)Pertanian, (2)pariwisata, (3)perikanan tangkap, (4)perikanan budidaya dan (5)pertambangan. berdasarkan hasil prioritas tersebut terdapat perbedaan prioritas dikedua wilayah karena potensi dan permasalahan serta kebijakan dikedua wilayah berbeda. Strategi pengembangan wilayah pesisir berdasarkan potensi dan permasalahan dan prioritas pengembangan disetiap wilayah.

Coasts are areas those have a lot of natural resources and environmental services so that they have potentials to be developed one of them is the coastl of DIY. It is supported by the vision and the mission of the DIY Governor, Among Tani Dagang Layar, with the plan that the southern coastal area is aimed to be the front yard of DIY, followed by the vision and the mission of Welcoming Indian Ocean Century. This study is aimed to: 1) Identify the potentials and the problems of the coastal area development of Srandakan and Galur Sub-districts. (2) Determine the priority and the comparison of the development of the coastal areas of Srandakan and Galur Sub-districts. (3) Provide the coastal area development of Srandakan and Galur Sub-districts strategies. The research method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis based on the primary and the secondary data. The determination of AHP respondents is using purposive sampling with the consideration that the respondents are the people who become actors in the study sector consisting of the government and the society. The AHP questionnaire was analyzed using the Expert Choice software to generate the coastal area development priorities. The results showed that Srandakan and Galur sub-districts have potential sectors of the coastal development such as agriculture, tourism, capture fisheries, aquaculture, and mining with different potentials and problems in each region. The AHP results show that the priority the sustainable coastal development of Srandakan sub-district is the (1)tourism sector, then the (2)agriculture, (3) aquaculture, (4) capture fishery, and (5) mining, while Galur sub-districts is (1) agriculture sector, then (2) tourism, (3)capture fisheries, (4)aquaculture and (4)mining. Based on the priority results there are differences in the priority of the development of coastal areas in both regions because of the potential, the problems and the policies in the both areas are different. The coastal development strategies are based on the potential, the problems and the priorities of the each sub-districts.
