Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) Terhadap Kinerja Operator di Dinas Pemerintah Wilayah Kabupaten Klaten

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja operator di Dinas Pemerintah Kabupaten Klaten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para operator SIPKD. Sampel diambil sebanyak 16 responden dengan menggunakan teknik survei dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis-hipotesis penelitian yang telah diajukan terkait dengan penerapan SIPKD yang mempengaruhi kinerja operator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIPKD memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja operator di Dinas Permerintah Kabupaten Klaten. Berdasarkan analisis data statistik, indikator-indikator pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan variabelnya bersifat reliabel. Saran penulis adalah untuk terus mempertahankan serta meningkatkan penggunaan SIPKD di Dinas Pemerintah Kabupaten Klaten agar kinerja operator semakin lebih baik dan lembaga semakin berkembang.

The aim of the study is to determine whether District Financial Information Management System (SIPKD) affects the Performance of Government Operators in Klaten Regency The population of the study were the operators of SIPKD. There were 16 respondents as the samples. Survey technique was chosen for the study by conducting hypothesis testing related to the applying District Financial Information Management System (SIPKD) that affects the performance of Government Operators. The result of the study shows SIPKD brings positive impact on the performances of the Government Operators in Klaten Regency. Based on the statistical data analysis, the indicators of the study is Valid and the variable is reliable. The author offered suggestion to keep maintaining the use of SIPKD in the Government Services of Klaten Regency for better performances of the Operators.
