Perancangan Alat Pemotong Reject Tube Di PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries

PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries adalah salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi ban luar sepeda motor (tire) dan ban dalam sepeda motor (tube). Dalam proses produksi di PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries masih terdapat hasil produksi yang NG (not good). Selama ini barang yang not good tersebut dipotong atau dirusak agar tidak ada oknum yang menjual barang reject tersebut. Proses pemotongan reject tube yang memiliki kualitas not good masih menggunakan gunting. Melihat hal itu penulis memiliki ide untuk membuat alat pemotong reject tube. Alat ini akan menggunakan sistem pneumatik untuk melakukan proses pemotongan. Dalam perancangan ini yang pertama harus diketahui adalah diameter bore silinder pneumatik. Agar silinder pneumatik mampu mengangkat beban dan gaya potong yang terjadi. Proses selanjutnya adalah membuat desain alat potong. Dalam proses desain juga perlu ditentukan material dan ukuran komponen yang digunakan dalam alat pemotong reject tube ini. Agar tidak terjadi buckling, defleksi dan patah. Alat ini dapat memotong 4 reject tube dalam sekali prosesnya. Sehingga alat ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah operator dalam melakukan proses pemotongan reject tube. Diameter silinder bore pneumatik yang digunakan adalah 40 mm. Silinder pneumatik mampu mengangkat beban dan gaya potong yang terjadi pada alat ini.

PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries is one of manufacturing companies who producing tire and tube for motorcycle.During the production process in PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries there are still produce not good. So far products not good was cut or destroyed to have no people who sold that. The process of cutting reject tube still use shear. Saw it the author has an idea to make cutting tool for reject tube. This tool whil use pneumatic system to do the process of cutting. In this design the first to know is diameter bore cylinder pneumatic. So as to be cylinder pneumatic capable of lifting weight and force of cut happened. The next process is make a design. In the process design too must be determine material and a measure of part used in the cutting tool for reject tube. To avoid the buckling, deflection and broken. This tool can be cut 4 reject tube on a single the process. So this tool expected to make the process fast and simple for man power to do this cutting process of reject tube. The diameter of cylinder bore pneumatic will be use is 40 mm. Cylinder pneumatic capable for lifting weight and cutting force will happen in this tool.
