Realizing insufficiency of its air transport system for future demand, West Java Provincial Government established a new international airport in Kertajati called West Java International Airport. Bandung as the capital of West Java province, has the most potential number of passengers. Designing an ideal railway network for Bandung to West Java International Airport will give a better access for the passengers with a minimum risk of congestion. Referring to that case, an alternative that seems favourable is by extending the planned Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway directly to Kertajati. This study brings about the geometric and structure design of STA 33+000 to STA. 66+041. Multi criteria decision analysis is used to determine the best corridor track between 3 alternatives of corridor. The high-speed railway track has a total length of 66,041 m with 3 horizontal curves and 8 vertical curves inside it. The total area of required land is 1,651,025 m2 which consist of elevated, tunnel, and at-grade tracks. The track passes through 250,804.54 m2 (15.40%) of settlement areas, 379,366.39 m2 (23.30%) of paddy fields, and 587,234.99 m2 (36.06%) of agricultural fields. The geometric design from China Code for Design of High Speed Railway is selected to be the suitable design criteria of the high-speed horizontal and vertical curves because of its convenience and ease of adjustment. In Horizontal Curve 1 (high-speed railway curve), the total length of the curve is 4,079.608 m while the value of its superelevation is 136.8 mm. In Horizontal Curve 2 (conventional railway curve), the total length of the curve is 608,457 m and the value of its superelevation is 150 mm.
