PEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFI UNTUK PEMETAAN PUSAT PERTUMBUHAN FASILITAS PELAYANAN DI KABUPATEN KLATEN TAHUN 2000-2015

Fasilitas umum merupakan suatu kebutuhan dasar dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk yang semakin padat maka ketersediaan fasilitas umum yang ada disetiap Kecamatan sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kehidupan didalam masyarakat yang ada. Fasilitas umum yang pokok antara lain Fasilitas Pendidikan, Fasilitas Kesehatan, Fasilitas Perniagaan, dan Fasilitas Peribadatan. Kelengkapan Fasilitas umum didalam suatu daerah akan mengalami Perubahan, perubahan dimana fasilitas umum tersebut akan bertambah maupun berkurang dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Untuk mengetahui Pusat pelayanan Fasilitas umum dilakukan menggunakan metode Skalogram Guttman dan Indeks Sentralitas Marshall, dimana kedua metode tersebut dilakukan untuk menghitung data sekunder jumlah fasilitas umum yang ada dan nantinya memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografi menggunakan Software ArcGIS untuk melakukan Pemetaan Pusat Pelayanan Fasilitas Umum tersebut. Hasil pemetaan fasilitas umum di Kecamatan Trucuk yang merupakan fasilitas paling banyak dan tersedia karena jumlah penduduknya paling banyak mencapai 70601 jiwa dengan jumlah fasilitas umum paling banyak yaitu mencapai 391 yang mencakup fasilitas Kesehatan, fasilitas pendidikan, fasilitas perniagaan, dan fasilitas peribadatan, untuk hasil pemetaan pusat pertumbuhan pelayanan fasilitas umum di Kabupaten Klaten ditahun 2015 Klaten Utara menempati Pusat Pertumbuhan pelayanan menggunakan metode Indeks Sentralitas Marshall, sedangkan Kecamatan Klaten Selatan menempati Pusat Pertumbuhan pelayanan menggunakan metode Skalogram Guttman.

Public facilities are a basic necessity in social life. Along with the increasing number of people who are increasingly crowded then the availability of public facilities in every District is needed to support life within the existing community. Basic public facilities include Education Facilities, Health Facilities, Business Facilities, and Worship Facilities. Completeness Public facilities within a region will experience a change, change where the public facilities will increase or decrease within a certain time. To know the Service Center of Public Facilities is done using Guttman Skalogram method and Marshall Centrality Index, where both methods are done to calculate secondary data of existing public facilities and later use Geographic Information System using ArcGIS Software to perform the Mapping of Service Center of the Public Facilities. The result of mapping of public facilities in Kecamatan Trucuk which is the most and most available facilities because the number of the population reaches the most 70601 people with the most public facilities reaching 391 which includes Health facilities, educational facilities, commercial facilities, and facilities of worship, for the results of the mapping center The growth of public facility services in Klaten Regency in 2015 North Klaten occupies the Center for Service Growth using the Marshall Central Sentence Method, while the South Klaten District occupies the Service Growth Center using the Guttman Skalogram method.
