ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEMISKINAN DI INDONESIA 2011-2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan di 33 provinsi di Indonesia dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah persentase jumlah penduduk miskin, angka partisipasi sekolah usia 19-24 tahun, tingkat pengangguran terbuka, rasio gini, dan indeks pembangunan manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dan uji statistik dengan software Eviews. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel angka partisipasi sekolah usia 19-24 tahun memiliki pengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap persentase penduduk miskin di Indonesia. Variabel tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap persentase penduduk miskin di Indonesia selama kurun waktu 2011 – 2015.

The objective of research is to analyze the factors that influence poverty in to 33 Indonesian provinces from 2011 - 2015. The variables used in this study is the percentage of poor population, school participation rate of 19-24 years old, open unemployment rate, gini ratio, and human development index. The study uses regression analysis to the data panel and statistics test with Eviews software. The results show that the variable of school participation rate of 19-24 years old influence negatively and significant to percentage of poor population. The open unemployment variables significantly and positively affect the percentage of poor population in Indonesia during the period 2011-2015.
