HUBUNGAN ANTARA PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PARUH WAKTU PT. DGJ

2017 | Skripsi | S1 PSIKOLOGIPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychological well-being (PWB) dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan paruh waktu PT. DGJ. Sejumlah 65 karyawan paruh waktu yang menempati posisi Gardep (Garda Depan) turut berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Kepuasan kerja diukur dengan Spector's Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS), sedangkan psychological well-being diukur dengan Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-Being (SPWB). Data dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi Product Moment. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara PWB dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan paruh waktu PT. DGJ (r = 0,722, p < 0,01). Dari hasil tersebut, dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi PWB, maka kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan paruh waktu PT. DGJ pun semakin tinggi.
This study was conducted to find the correlation between psychological well-being (PWB) and job satisfaction among part-time workers in PT. DGJ. A total of 65 part-time workers who were in Gardep (Garda Depan) position participated in this study. Job satisfaction is measured by Spector's Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS), while psychological well-being is measured by Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-Being (SPWB). Data were analyzed using Pearson's Product Moment correlation method. The results of this study showed that there was a significant positive correlation between PWB and job satisfaction on part-time workers in PT. DGJ (r = 0.722, p < 0.01). From the results, can be interpreted that the higher PWB, the higher job satisfaction will.
