Panel Combiner Box merupakan komponen penting pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) dalam memproteksi PLTS dari gangguan internal maupun eksternal yang memiliki potensi destruktif terhadap piranti-piranti pada PLTS. Pada Panel Combiner Box ditambahkan peralatan pengukuran tegangan dan arus untuk setiap string Panel Surya dengan tujuan agar daya keluaran Panel Surya dapat dimonitor setiap jam. Instalasi Panel Combiner Box terdiri atas instalasi fuse / sekring untuk tujuan membatasi arus dari Panel Surya ke Panel Combiner Box , instalasi peralatan String Monitoring sebagai alat ukur output Panel Surya, instalasi Disconnecting Switch sebagai saklar penghubung Panel Combiner Box dan Inverter., instalasi Surge Protection untuk melindungi PLTS dari Surge Voltage, dan Mini Circuit Breaker (MCB) sebagai pemutus arus lebih dari Panel Surya dan batere.

Combiner Box Panel is an important component in Solar Power Generation or PLTS in protecting PLTS from internal and external disturbances that have destructive potential on PLTS devices. In the Combiner Box Panel added voltage and current measuring equipment for each string of Solar Panels in order for the Solar Panel's output power to be monitored hourly. Installation Panel Combiner Box consists of fuse / fuse installation for the purpose of limiting current from Solar Panel to Combiner Box Panel, installation of String Monitoring equipments as measuring instrument of solar output, Disconnecting Switch installation as a switch combiner Panel Combiner Box and Inverter., Installation of Surge Protection for Protecting PLTS from Surge Voltage, and Mini Circuit Breaker (MCB) as more circuit breakers from Solar Panel and batteries.
