Kerja Untuk Juang, Damai Untuk Menang; Peran Komite Peralihan Aceh (KPA) Dalam Reintegrasi di Aceh

Reintegrasi di Aceh dipengaruhi oleh peran KPA, di satu sisi menawarkan model alternatif reintegrasi berbasis kelompok. Namun, ekslusivitas mereduksi transformasi di level individu dan spoiler bagi proses demokratisasi di Aceh. Elit di level menengah dan atas KPA menjadi kelompok penentu kebijakan dan mengembangkan kelompoknya menjadi asurrogates class atau dominant interest group dalam struktur ekonomi politik di Aceh. Struktur tersebut membentuk jaringan patronklien ekonomi yang dikapitalisir melalui akses politik lewat penguasaan PA. Kelompok ini kemudian beraliansi dengan jaringan bisnis militer namun kadang juga membangun rivalitas.

Aceh Transitional Committee (KPA) has a vital role in the reintegration process in Aceh. The existence of the KPA on one hand offers an alternative model of group-based reintegration. On the other hand, its exclusivity reduces the transformation at the level of individual and has the potential to inhibit the democratization process in Aceh. KPA becomes an "asurrogates class" or a "dominant interest group" in the structure of the political economy in Aceh by intervening the Aceh Party to ensure political access. The domination of political access also means the domination of the access to economic resources. The modalities directs KPA as the epicenter of the new structure of the political economy in Aceh, shifting conglomeration of status quo which previously developed links with the military. To maintain its existence, conglomerate groups sometimes collaborate with combatants and military alliances but not infrequently also presents a rivalry.
