Pengaruh Tekanan Peran (Role Stress) dan Tipe Kepribadian Terhadap Kinerr

Era reformasi berdampak pada meningkatnya perhatian lembaga perrwakilan, pemerintah, dan masyarakat umum terhadap hasil pemeriksaan BPK sejak tahun 2005. Pemeriksaan oleh BPK tidak hanya menghasilkan opini atas laporan keuangan tetapi juga memberikan catatan atas hasil temuan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi moderate. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa konflik peran dan ketidakjelasan peran memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja pemeriksa. Sementara tipe kepribadian tidak memoderasi pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kinerja dan ketidakjelasan peran terhadap kepuasan kerja.

The reform era resulted in increased attention representative institutions, governments, and the general public against the results of Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) since 2005. These results indicate that the role conflict and role ambiguity have a negative effect on performance and job satisfaction of the examiner. Furthermore, this type of personality does not moderate influence on the performance of role conflict and role ambiguity on job satisfaction.
