Evaluasi Learning Organization menggunakan Three Building Blocks of Learning Organization Studi pada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI)

2017 | Tesis | S2 MANAJEMEN (MM) JAKARTAPT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki peranan strategis dalam industri pasar modal Indonesia, dalam menjalankan fungsi dan perannya tersebut menuntut perusahaan menjadi Learning Organization. Penelitian Learning Organization bertujuan untuk (1) menilai apakah PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) merupakan Learning Organization; (2) mengidentifikasi building block of the learning organization yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam penerapan learning organization KSEI jika dibandingkan dengan benchmark scores for the learning organization survey; (3) menyusun strategi untuk membangun learning organization berdasarkan tingkat implementasi yang terukur. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian deskriptif dan eksploratif dengan metode analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang melibatkan 119 responden karyawan KSEI dan banyaknya kuesioner yang diterima kembali adalah 108. Sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode nonprobabilitas dengan jenis pengambilan sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling) dengan kriteria sample yaitu karyawan KSEI, baik pegawai tetap atau outsourcing dari manajemen KSEI, telah bekerja di KSEI sekurang-kurangnya satu tahun masa kerja dimulai dari tanggal dibagikannya kusioner pada penelitian ini dan kuesioner yang kembali dan valid. Validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner menunjukan semua item dimensi instrumen learning organization adalah valid (dengan skor diatas 0.195 atau lebih) dan semua item pertanyaan adalah reliabel dengan koefisien Cronbach's Alpha masing-masing untuk Supportive Learning Environment sebesar 0.810, Concrete Learning Process sebesar 0.919, dan Leader that Reinforce Learning sebesar 0.837. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) merupakan learning organization namun bukan learning organization yang cukup baik dan kuat bila dibandingkan dengan benchmark scores yang telah ditetapkan dalam studi terdahulu oleh Garvin et.al (2008). Komponen supportive learning environment masuk kedalam kategori nilai tengah (median) benchmark scores sementara dua komponen lainnya yakni Concrete Learning Process dan Practice Leadership that Reinforce Learning masuk kategori dibawah nilai benchmark scores yakni second quartile.
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) is a company which has a strategic role in Indonesian capital market. This requires a company to be a learning organization in order to run the function and its role smoothly. The research on learning organization is aimed to (1) evaluate the role of PT KSEI as a learning organization, (2) identifying building block of the learning organization, which has become the strength as well as weakness in applying learning organization in KSEI, compared to benchmark score for the learning organization survey,(3) to set strategies in order to build learning organization based on the measured implementation level. A descriptive and exploratory research with a quantitative and qualitative analysis method are used in the research. The primary data is involving 119 respondents of KSEI employees and the questionnaires that have been returned are 108. The Sampling technique is using a non probability method and purposive sampling with sample criteria of full time employees and outsourcing employees from KSEI management (at least has been working one year when the questionnaire is given). The questionnaires also need to be valid when they are returned. All items on the instruments on learning organization are valid (the score is above 0,195) and all question items are reliable to the coefficient Cronbachs Alpha, each for Supportive Learning Environment is 0,810, Concrete Learning Process is 0,919 and Leader that Reinforce Learning is 0,837. The findings reveal that PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) is not a really well and strong learning organization compared to benchmark scores which has been previously studied by Garvin et al (2008). The component of Supportive Learning Environment is in the median of benchmark scores while the other two components, Concrete Learning Process and Practice Leadership that Reinforce Learning are below the benchmark score, regarded as second quartile.
