Sistem Inventory Serial dengan Pemilihan Supplier dan Alokasi Jumlah Pesanan

Pembelian dan pengontrolan inventory merupakan bagian dari supply chain management yang strategis untuk mengurangi biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh peru- sahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis supply chain yang dibahas adalah serial yaitu hanya terdapat satu rantai dengan beberapa stage. Pembelian produk terjadi pa- da stage 1 dari beberapa supplier yang terpilih. Adapun penentuan alokasi jumlah pesanan dilakukan pada setiap stage. Oleh karena itu, di dalam tesis ini diformu- lasikan model inventory serial dengan pemilihan supplier pada stage pertama dan penentuan alokasi jumlah pesanan pada setiap stage. Tujuan model ini adalah me- minimumkan biaya inventory yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan pemodelan ini adalah metode Power of Two (POT). Dengan metode ini, diperoleh alokasi jumlah pesanan yang dapat memi- nimumkan biaya pada sistem inventory perusahaan. Kemudian diberikan contoh kasus dengan menggunakan software LINGO untuk memilih supplier dan alokasi jumlah pesanan pada setiap stage.

Purchases and inventory controls are part of the supply chain management that strategic to reduce company's costs. In this research, the type of supply chain discussed is serial inventory. Serial Inventory have only one chain with multiple stages. Purchases of product on stage 1 from selected suppliers. Determination of the amount allocation orders at each stage. Therefore, in this thesis formulated serial inventory model with supplier selection at the first stage and determination of allocation of order quantity at each stage. The objective of the model is mini- mize the company's inventory cost. The method used to complete this modeling is the Power of Two (POT) method. With this method, obtained the allocation of the number of orders that can minimize the company's inventory costs on system. Then provided examples of cases using LINGO software to select suppliers and alloca- tion of the number of orders at each stage.
