EVALUASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN OBAT DI INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM UMI BAROKAH BOYOLALI

2017 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu Kesehatan MasyarakatLatar belakang: Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang paling banyak digunakan di Rumah sakit dan merupakan bagian yang memiliki pembiayaan terbesar untuk pembelian barang. Farmasi rumah sakit harus memberikan pelayanan farmasi secara efektif dan efisien untuk memastikan bahwa pasien mendapatkan pelayanan dengan kualitas tertinggi. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi kesehatan, telah terjadi peningkatan perhatian terhadap penerapan sistem informasi farmasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan. Sistem informasi farmasi adalah sistem yang mendukung distribusi dan pengelolaan obat-obatan terlarang, mengidentifikasi jenis intervensi, menentukan jumlah persediaan, pelaporan dan pengelolaan biaya, dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi. RS Umi Barokah Boyolali merupakan rumah sakit swasta kelas D dan merupakan rumah sakit rujukan dari puskesmas. Penerapan sistem informasi manajemen obat di IFRS selama ini belum berjalan dengan baik karena sistem informasi yang dilakukan masih manual dan belum ada sistem komputerisasi yang mendukung pencatatan dan pelaporan pelayanan kefarmasian serta masih terdapatnya kendala-kendala dalam pengelolaan obat di IFRS antara lain, masih ada perencanaan dalam stok obat yang belum sesuai, kesalahan dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan pengeluaran obat. Tujuan: Mengevaluasi sistem informasi manajemen obat di instalasi farmasi RSU Umi Barokah Boyolali. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan rancangan kasus tunggal holistik karena kasus ditempatkan sebagai fokus dari penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSU Umi Barokah Boyolali pada bulan Mei 2017. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan secara pusposive sampling. Analisa data dengan triangulasi sumber terhadap variabel penelitian.
Background: Pharmaceutical information systems are systems that support distribution and management of illegal drugs, identify the types of interventions, determine the amount of inventory, reporting and cost management, and improve accessibility of information. Umi Barokah Hospital Boyolali is a type D private hospital and as referral hospital from Public Health Center (PHC). Implementation of drug management information system in IFRS has not been running well because the information system that is done still with Microsoft Excel program support to help recording and reporting pharmaceutical services and still there are constraints in the management of drugs in IFRS, among others: there is still planning in the stock of unappropriated drugs, errors in recording and reporting drug expenditure. Objective: Evaluating management information system in Pharmacy of Umi Barokah Hospital Boyolali. Method: Type of study was case study by holistic single case design due to case became focused on study. Study was conducted in Umi Barokah Hospital during May 2017. Determination of sample by pusposive sampling. Result: Operational and control system which includes information systems planning and procurement of drugs still manual. Information evaluation of planning and procurement of drugs with ABC analysis obtained the result that in 2015 category A category as much as 34 items and in the year 2016 as many as 31 drugs items. From category A drugs that are classified as fornas medicine in 2015 as much as 4 items and in 2016 as much as 1 item. Application of EOQ and ROP methods to determine the amount and timing of drug ordering. The number of human resources is still not good in terms of quality and quantity, facilities and infrastructure have not fully support the implementation of SIMO, fund for SIMO also still limited to the operational cost of pharmaceutical. The SIMO process state that includes data collection, processing and presentation of data has not been optimal. There is no special software that supports the implementation of SIMO. The presentation of data in general in the form of formats and tables so that it can not provide information that can help for decision making.
