This research will look at the gaps in the quality of education in private educational institution. This fact is the description of the socio-economic condition of our society today. Not all the social classes of the community in Indonesia can receive access to quality education. This research takes the example of two schools in the United Muhamamdiyah agencies/to be used as a sample that is High School Muhammmadiyah High School Muhammadiyah 1 and 4. This study departs from the perspective of the theory of Pierre Bourdieu to see how the gap formed both quality education school. Bourdieu’s theory of habitus a using pressure the cultural and with the approach of the concept of capital includes capital economic, social, cultural and symbolic. This research uses qualitative methods by using phenomenology approach will multiply more in the subject matter of the problem of the gap quality education from the viewpoint of educational actors linked directly. From the results of the gap analysis, and education at both school due to several factors including the following: 1) Factor history/historical origins of these two different schools at the beginning of the establishment; 2) Factor of society, here is still the community again in the detailed cause of the gap of education there 3 main aspects: a. socio-economic conditions; b. condition different cultural both community; c. construction of community education in Muhammadiyah; 3) Stakeholder policy Factor of Muhammadiyah. Of these three factors is creating both school education gap. Further to findings found gaps in the quality of education it is constantly reproduced departs from theory of Pierre Boudieu-habitus and capital social reproduction of capital (economic capital, social capital, cultural capital and capital symbolic). Education quality gap has been reproduced in a short period of time in not both schools as the object of research. At least this happened from the beginning in the early years the scool was formed. But due to time limitations in this study only took a reproduction of quality education gap in the last 2 years.
