ABSTRACTION Cooperative society is an organization that aimed to encourage the society (or members) to improve the state of their prosperity. This research showed the strategy of AMAN Cooperative how to facilitate their members to improve their state of prosperity. As the most accomplished Cooperative Society in Sleman Regency, AMAN Cooperative deemed to have a great strategy both in managing an organization and the development of their human resources. From this research, their strategy to improve their prosperity can be seen from a few indicators. Such as, the member’s ability to fulfil their primary and secondary needs, warranty and profit, and a chance to self-develop their potentials. But the findings from the organization showed that they don’t optimized their strategy. Since their members are consist of civil servants deem as the cause why they don’t put much effort to use their indicators to improve their prosperity.
