ABSTRACT Riding a motorcycle has become a culture in today's modern society. The impression that the riding motor is identical to men ultimately motivate many women to prove that they also can and able to take on the role of social construction that has been more synonymous with the men. This study basically wanted to analyze the existence of a woman who was in motorcycle communities or "Ladies Bikers". The purpose of this study was to determine how the community of bikers’ ladies could arise and what riders’ motivation to join in the community. This study used a descriptive approach. The subject is a female member of the ladies bikers incorporated in community formation of the labyrinth. Community members who registered officially 15 people up to this research was conducted. Method of data collection conducted in-depth interviews is with techniques of data analysis: data presentation, data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. The results of this study found that the birth of the community formation of mazes because they have the same hobby is going to the motor vehicle. As a proof that women also have the same capabilities with the men in the vehicle. Women also have proven skills as well as knowledge in a drive to make themselves and others will feel safe when having to drive. Related motivation is a maze of formation communities, 1. Identity Proof. 2, as a container for socializing with a variety of activities. There are two kinds of joy 1. Excitement was imaged with Familiarity when the Ground Coffee (Kopdar), celebrates a variety of Anniversary and other occasions, 2. The joy in doing Touring, held a charity program activities.
