Abstract Nowadays, globalization supported by wide spread of capitalist, has caused economic interdependency, and many industrial relocation from the developed world to developing countries. It‟s looked like many people built a Multinational Corporations / foreign investment. The establishment of various companies with industry producing a wig and the eyelashes in purbalingga concern, because such as a coin with the „two sides‟ as distinct. On one side, capable of give an advantage by absorbing a lot of labor and a growing the economy of the regions. On the other hand, indicated prevalent exploitation, violence and the repression of woman labour in a factory This writing use the Post Colonial theory, with a focus on concept of spivak ( 1988 ) , about “the subaltern”. This concept used to peel exploitation and violence against workers, as a people who weak and helpless. And to discuss the reason why the workers not conduct resistance against exploitation that often experienced.The use writers approach the qualitative study to described, digging and understand the phenomenon in depth. Factories a wig and eyelashes, four woman labour house who also as informants, and Dept.of Social Affairs, Transmigration and Labor Purbalingga Regency, are a focus of research an author in for finding data in the field . Laborers women ever do efforts with gather, to stop all forms of violence and exploitation. But after the protest, the exploitation entrap them back. Woman labour opted to keep working with reason background education and economic low and married status. Besides that, woman labour are passive and not able to conduct resistance. This is because woman labour are people who weak, woman labour reside in a circle power of the factory who fiber to still depend on “the dominant”, social the gap between workers women and “the dominant” ( keep them in chains exploitation and unable to voice what they feel), and labor woman cannot do much, because the economic dependence between workers and factory. This makes the two sides always depend each other in terms of economic, so as to make woman labour will remained drape of their life to Factories , and unable to conduct resistance.
