2016 | Skripsi | SosiologiABSTRACT Sekolah Gajah Wong is a school that initiated, managed, and proritized to the poor. It is located at Ledhok Timoho, RT 50, RW 05, Kelurahan Mujamuju, Kecamatan Umbulharjo, Kota Yogyakarta. The administrators of Sekolah Gajah Wong have been coorperating with many parties such as, teachers, parents, donors of the school‟s donation programs like Sahabat Anak and Sampah untuk Anak, businessman who involving in ready to use of garment production, and the residents of Ledhok Timoho Community. The purposes of this research are to know and describe school‟s various forms and coorperation processes as well as the impacts. This research used qualitative – case study that consisted observations, in-depth interviews, and documentations. Based on the results, various forms and coorperation processes who held by Sekolah Gajah Wong have some issues such as their networks that consisted bonding, bridging, and structural holes, trusts based on ability, benevolence, and integrity, reciprocities based on generalized reciprocity or not, andsome impacts that showed by their bad relationship with the teachers. Their networks, trusts, and dominations in coorperation processes have been triggering unstable and caused failure. Key words: the urban poor, school, coorperation
