2017 | Skripsi | Ilmu Hubungan InternasionalABSTRACT This undergraduate thesis explains the role taken by International Criminal Court (ICC) in Kenya 2007 on post-election violence. Specifically, this thesis focus on one matter which is explanation of ICC’s efforts as a transnational actor in handling crime against humanity case in Kenya on 2007 post-election. This thesis used two conceptual framework, which are transnational actor interaction and networking. This thesis found that in case of crime against humanity in Kenya on 2007 post-election, ICC played in transnational interaction corridor through maximization of networking. ICC has strengthened congcretely the rule of law indirectly in Kenya through networks that created. Networking that has been attempted by ICC has become custom configuration to adress barriers from various parties.
