Proses Belajar Sosial mengenai Internet bagi Warga Kampung Cyber Rt.36/Rw 09 Kelurahan Patehan, Kecamatan Kraton, Yogyakarta

ABSTRACT The number of internet users in Indonesia is growing by each years. In reality, there are aged-classified group of users in Indonesia, which are children, teenagers, and adults. Indonesian’s internet users spread across nationwide, include special region of Yogyakarta. In Yogyakarta, there is a village which conduct an internet community. This village named is cyber village community at RT 36 RW 09 at village patehan, Sub-District Kraton, City of Yogyakarta. This community awareness upon internet is originate from their own willingness and supports from internet training which conducted by cyber village pioneers. The methods of this research use qualitative methods with descriptive approach. Meanwhile,this research conduct to obtain some information correctly in attempt to defines a community phenomenon. Moreover, The research objective is to found about the internet’s social learning process by Cyber Village Community at RT 36 RW 09. This research use social learning theory, that theory emphasize the learning process while act by the observer through environment experience process and there are some factors influence the observer during conduct the learning process. The research results in the internet’s social learning process which experienced by Cyber Village Community at RT 36 W 09 through four (4) phase of Observational Learning, First, observational step which showed by internet’s special training. Second, storing information step which showed by community participations on internet’s special training. Third, imitation step which showed by self-motivation on the community to use internet by themselves. Furthermore, the social learning process which experienced by Cyber Village Community RT 36 RW 09 contains three (3) main factors, which are personal factor (Person/P), Social Environment (Environment/E), Behavioral Factor (Behavioral/B). These three (3) factors called Reciprocity Determination. The internet’s social learning process which experienced by cyber village community RT 36 RW 09 is one of fulfillment access to the modern society. Hopefully, for further researcher will evaluate the Cyber Village Community at RT 36 RW 09 towards internet’s social learning process achievedments.
