ABSTRACT United States today is declining. The declining of United States is seen as a relative declining; because in times of economic and military power decreases; there is other country that have increased economic and military power significantly, China. This led to United States security in the long term is uncertain. Thus the Obama administration adopted Pivot to Asia policy to address the internal situation, getting concessions, and preparations for war. Asia-Pacific region by the Obama administration is the region for the United States to do it all. United States economic decline marked by the twin deficits, trade and budget, for a long time. In the long term the economy will not grow and destroy the main foundation of United States hegemony in the world. An increase in the massive amount of debt also occur as a result of economic activities that focus on consumption. United States security decline caused by budget misallocation. China's military rising became a major factor in looking at the relative decline of United States security. China then developed the concept of a new war are referred to as missile based-A2 / AD to conduct power projection along the coastline of the Western Pacific. In the face of internal decline and external competitors revival, the Obama administration chose to address both with The Pivot to Asia. The Obama administration focused use of funds for long-term investment needs. Abroad the Obama administration tried hardly to create a regional political structure.
