Abstract The effort of speed internalization, along with solid and smart values, in Telkom were done through five ways: recruitment, rules (written & unwritten), reward and punishment system, training and socialization. Employee’s response tend to be positive, it means they understood that those ways means to internalize speed and felt that those ways could promote value internalization. The result of value internalization, seen by staff’s understanding regarding speed and it’s application, isn’t optimal yet. From the staffs’s understanding regarding speed, most of the staffs understand speed only as it’s essence, not as a whole. Whereas from speed’s application, it is already well-applied in some cases, even so there is still several cases that shown speed is not applied yet.
